Activity
Dear Students,
This year in science class we will be
conducting several experiments throughout the school year. I want to make sure
you have understood lab safety rules. Our first lab activity will be held this
Friday. In order to participate you must prove to me that you know how to use
your preventive safety equipment. In order to participate you must create a
Prezi presentation stating the use of the following safety equipment.

After recording their information
they will begin creating their Prezi presentation.
Students will create a presentation
stating the advantages and disadvantages of energy resources using the Prezi
program.
Student will work simultaneously
on Prezi Presentation.

Lesson
Sequence

Prezi presentation will be given on embedding videos.
Teacher
will model and then students will repeat the process.
Students
will practice on their own account how to incorporate a YouTube video into
their own presentation.
Students
will then fill in graphic organizer with ideas on how to save on energy resources.
Students
will transfer information to a Prezi presentation and find a video on YouTube
stating the importance of conserving energy resources.

Activity
Use
the following graphic organizer to write down your thoughts on how to manage
energy resources at home, school, and community. Talk to your peers on could be
possible options to save on energy resources. After the graphic organizer is
complete create a Prezi presentation with the information and add a video on
the topic.
